Ryan has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management and the apparel industry. His focus at Sequoyah Collective is product development, sourcing, and production management. After graduating from the University of Arkansas, he worked for Walmart in Supply Chain Management. From there he managed many functions at Mahco Inc, in Bentonville, Arkansas, including lead merchandiser, product designer, sourcing, building a factory direct supply chain network, creating the HABIT® apparel brand, quality control, factory certification and compliance, and sales. For the next five years he lived in Ningbo, China functioning as the General Manager of Macho International ltd., working directly with their factory partners, as well as the GP teams for several mass retail customers.
With over ten years of experience in the fashion industry, Raney has worked on the set of and modeled for Northwest Arkansas Fashion Week since 2008. She styled clients in designer clothing at Lola Boutique in Northwest Arkansas, and was lead stylist and buyer for a luxury eyewear company located in Northwest Arkansas. She is working through the Apparel Studies Program at the University of Arkansas and paints abstract art for commercial businesses and modern homes.
With 30 years of experience across the apparel industry, Bekki is thoughtfully trained in everything from fitting techniques to textile construction. She attended Montana State University majoring in Fine Arts, as well as Emily Griffith Opportunity School in Denver, CO where she learned pattern making, grading, draping, and design.
With a background in fashion, art, sales and PR, Courtney has broad experience in multiple industries with the common denominator being her ability to interject creativity. She thrives in strategy. Alongside her role as Director of PR for Sequoya Collective, Courtney is also designing her own children’s fashion line launching Spring of 2020. Courtney has a Bachelor’s in Human Resources and Business Development as well as an Executive MBA in New Venture Development, both from the University of Arkansas.
Chad Dickinson is currently working as a Business Intermediary and Financial Consultant. He comes to us after serving as the Controller and Chief Financial Officer at Lauren James Enterprises Inc., where he managed the financial strategy and operations of the company. Chad is committed to maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency for all shareholders and employees. Prior to Lauren James, Chad was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Blackhive Corporation, a privately held company specializing in merchandising and shipping commodity food products. Chad is a CPA who previously worked in public accounting for PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Assurance division. Born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Chad attended Southside High School where he earned an academic scholarship to attend the University of Central Arkansas. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Chad went on to earn a master’s degree in Accounting at the University of Arkansas.
